Information used for property care
Trios uses the contact details, property information, photos and service instructions you submit to prepare quotes, schedule work, manage support and maintain service and invoice records. Share only the information needed for the work.
Who can access your records
Your account records are available to you and authorized Trios staff. Assigned crew members can view the job and property details required for their work. Property photos are served through account access checks.
Account and draft storage
Account sign-in uses email verification. Submitted account records and property photos are stored in the platform’s account system. An unfinished quote draft may be saved in your browser session so you can return to it. Avoid using a shared device for private property details.
The care planner
The planner may use your selected services and messages to suggest property care. If an AI provider is connected, the text you send is processed by that provider. Do not include passwords, alarm codes or other sensitive access instructions in planner messages. Review recommendations before submitting a request.
Your choices and questions
Optional photos and nonessential property notes can be omitted. Avoid uploading people, documents or details unrelated to the service. Contact triossnow@gmail.com to ask about access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal requirements.
